Network Marketing Tip: Attend Company Training Events can be critical to success. Why is it so critical to your network marketing business to attend company training
events? Many years ago when I started my career in Network Marketing (also referred to as Direct Sales or MLM) I was told it was a critical to attend company events. I didn’t understand that until I attended my first company event. It blew me away and I wished I had everyone on my team there with me.
Fast forward many years now. I’ve been in and around the Network Marketing industry since 1991. I have been a Network Marketing trainer for over 15 years now traveling the world assisting independent representatives with their business. But nothing replaces going to a company sponsored event. The energy in the room is electric. Connecting with like minded people and meeting some of the top leadership is incredible.
Recently, I decided to enroll with a Network Marketing company and found out they had an event coming up. I made a decision to attend company events so I brought one of my team members who just got started with us. After attending I said I can’t wait until the next training session so I can have more of our team members with me.
This weekend we will attend another company sponsored event and bring more of our team members. In fact, there are several of these company events going on all around the world at the same time and we have team members attending at different locations on the same day. The jolt of energy and the results are going to be fantastic!
Our expectation is that our business will explode in the coming weeks.
Here’s the key for you – We are all busy, I get that, but I also know when something is really important to you, you will clean your plate and make time. Just about everything in this world can be rescheduled. I can’t impress upon you more than to clear your plate and attend company training events for your business.
Even if you can only go for part of the event, it’s a start. You must get infected with the company culture, energy and meet the leadership. Learn their system of what works and what doesn’t so you can go home and apply it.
Get committed now by making your next company event go find the date, location, book the flight and hotel (if it’s not in your area) and don’t allow anything to get in the way.
